1. Delivery Locations

We currently deliver across India.

2. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.
• For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee of ₹60–₹100 may apply.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

• Local delivery: 1–2 working days
• Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
• Other areas: 5–8 working days

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID and link will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email.

6. Packaging & Safety

All ghee jars are carefully packed with food-safe materials, bubble wrap, and tamper-proof sealing.

7. Delivery Issues

If delivery fails due to incorrect details provided by the customer, the re-shipping fee will be borne by the customer.

If the package is damaged, please refuse delivery and inform us immediately.
