At Ghee Vita International, we stand behind the quality of our pure, traditional ghee. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns & Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order, but only under the following conditions:

Eligible Return Cases:

• You received a damaged or leaking product
• You received a wrong item
• The product has expired at the time of delivery

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging
• It must include the original invoice

3. Refund Policy

After the returned product is inspected, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them. A full refund will be initiated within 48 hours.
